Shipping Policy

Products ship via FedEx Priority Overnight upon approval from our internal systems. Review of orders per DEA guidelines may add a business day to processing time. Please factor in sufficient time when placing orders. Cut off time for approved orders is 11 AM ET. VistaPharm makes every effort to ensure appropriate delivery. Customer is responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals accept delivery. Products will only be shipped to licensed address. No delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Return Policy

VistaPharm will accept returns that are the result of VistaPharm error or damage in transit. Customer must report any errors or discrepancies within the same day of receipt. Returns require prior approval. Please contact your account manager.
