Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS)

Certain products, such as methadone, are classified as Schedule II controlled substances. These products require a DEA Form 222 (online or paper) and an established account.

Once your account has been approved, the Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) can be used to order Schedule II controlled substances. This user-friendly system can be accessed through an AS2 connection or via the Internet. CSOS can:

  • Decrease costs
  • Ensure order accuracy
  • Reduce paperwork
  • Expedite transactions
